The ORSIM Bronchoscopy Simulator was awarded FIRST PLACE in the Scientific and Educational Exhibit Awards at the International Anesthesia Research Society (IARS) Annual Meeting in Vancouver May 21-24th. The ORSIM simulator competed against many exciting finalists and attracted much interest from clinicans and educators during the three-day exhibition. The IARS was founded in 1922 to advance and support scientific research and education related to anesthesia. It has a worldwide membership of over 15,000 physicians, residents and healthcare professionals. It publishes the monthly Anesthesia & Analgesia journal.
